warn if overlay is not transparent

I just accidentally uploaded an overlay that I thought was transparent but was white. If you can, please check the images first to see if they are transparent and warn if they are not.

We are working on an Twibbon 'guide' that should be published today, describing the Twibbon-making process. If users employ it, there should be no transparency issues.
