  Hi there!

  It does happen some times that twitter and twibbon get out of sync especially when you change profile picture when you have a twibbon in place. This is a bit of a hassle but the way to get around it without revoking and re-granting access is to perform the following steps:

  1) Change your picture on twitter

  2) Sign out of twitter and twibbon

  3) Sign back into twitter and double check you have the same profile picture showing

  4) Wait for a bit and then sign back into twibbon at which point it should detect your new picture

  I've to revoke twibbon access and re-grand access in order to force it refresh my avator
