Hi there,
This has now been implemented as “Twibutes”. As each milestone of supporters is reached, a new Twibute is created in the form of a collage of all the profile pictures sporting your Twibbon. The key milestones are 50, 100, 250, 500, 1000, 2500,5000,10000,15000,20000 and a Tweet will be sent out accordingly
Thanks,
The Twibbon Team

We’re currently working on functionality for cause founders that allows them to login to their cause. Here, they will have more control over what the page of their cause displays.
Thanks,

In the next release, all causes will have hashtags in front of them unless the cause title includes spaces. Further down the line we will offer you the chance to turn hashtags on or off.
Thanks,

We’ll be looking to add this functionality down the road at some stage. In the mean time, check out our blog post on how to create a top Twibbon: http://twibbon.posterous.com/how-do-i-make-a-twibbon

You can now see a preview of your avatar plus the twibbon if you login before supporting a cause.

UPDATE: In our next release (in 24h) we will be introducing login functionality for profiles and causes.
At the moment, we have integrated the ‘replace Twibbon’ functionality, which provides some control for the creator of the Twibbon. An even more engaged campaign experience is something we will review and update the Twibbon community on.
Thank you,
The Twibbon Team

Hi we have a helpful blog post explaining how to remove a Twibbon, it is very simple either go to your History tab on Twibbon and click the word “revert” underneath the picture you want to go back to or simply upload your original picture to Twitter.
Thanks
Elaine
